Weather it is a private Limousine or Charted Bus, we undertake all the ground transport needs & make sure of the proper transport arrangements during the entire period of celebration at all locations.

Hotel Co-ordination

Proper coordination & In-advance bookings to make sure hassle free accommodation to all guests. Also all of the Hotel formalities all conducted through our team, to ensure that every guest gets a delightful & pleasant stay.

Collateral printing & placement

We make sure to get all the collaterals made well before the event & printed as required. We distribute required collaterals to guests or place them appropriately where they serve well.

Male & Female Shadows & Attaché’s for Key family members

Male & Female Shadows for key family members or VIP Guests during the entire period of occasion to provide them with proper assistance.

On-Site Venue Management

Just booking a venue isn’t enough to ensure a hassle-free event. If opted by the client, we undertake certain responsibilities to head the coordination between the client & the venue to make sure right things happen at the right time.

Hospitality Desk Management

Our skilled team at hospitality desk supports each of your guest’s needs with 24hrs assistance. Some of the key roles of a hospitality desk manager are to meet & greet guests, check-in assistance, reminder calls for functions, breakfast & other service calls, room hamper distribution and many more.

Well Groomed Team

Our Guest handling team is always well groomed and dressed in black formal suits or as per the theme of the occasion; they are very well trained to politely & generously handle all Guest requirements from the time they arrive – till the time they leave.

Room Allotment

All check-ins of rooms as per the travel detail of each guest is then categorized under: pre check-ins, on time check-ins & Late check-ins, same goes for check out.
